GENERAL NOTICE

City of Hanover (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the 2026 Pavement Improvement Project. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received online through QuestCDN vBid™ until Friday, May 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of the City of Hanover will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening meeting.
