Wright County Area Fishing & Hunting Report for 8/29/19

Look for sunfish and some suspended crappies on the 10- to 15-foot weed lines of Clearwater Lake, Maple Lake, Sugar Lake, Lake Sylvia, and Pleasant Lake. A jig and fathead minnow or spinner and crawler is turning a few walleyes on the 15- to 18-foot weed edges of Cokato Lake, Clearwater, and Granite Lake. Look for bass in the slop early and late or the mid-depth weed lines during the day on most lakes. Also, catching a few muskees on Sugar.
