Wright County Area Fishing & Hunting Report for 1/14/22

Some of the area lakes have 10-14 inches of ice and a few people have started driving out on them, or you can use ATVs everywhere. Anglers are having success catching northern pike at 10-14 ft. using sucker minnows on most lakes. Sunfish and crappies are abundant between 10-20 ft. on Pleasant Lake, Lake John, Indian Lake, Union Lake, Lake Marie, Granite Lake, and Little Maple Lake. During low-light hours, look for walleyes to be active at 18-22 ft. on Pleasant, Sugar and Clearwater Lakes.
