Lien Foreclosure Sale

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the terms and conditions of the Declaration for Golden Eagle Villas Association, Inc. (“Declaration”) as recorded in the office of the County Recorder in and for Wright County, Minnesota, which said Declaration covers the following described property situated in the County of Wright and State of Minnesota, to-wit:

Lot 19, Block 1, Klein Farms Estates 2nd Addition

according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the Office of the County Recorder in and for Wright County, Minnesota.

PROPERTY ADDRESS:  9465 Eagle Eye Court, Monticello, MN 55362

Pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of the date of this Notice by Danielle T. Smith, as Unit owner, to Golden Eagle Villas Association, Inc., the principal amount of Two Thousand Seventy and 95/100 ($2,070.95) for association assessments; and that any action being now pending at law or otherwise to recover said debt or any part thereof has been discontinued, or that an execution upon any judgment rendered therein has been returned unsatisfied, in whole or in part, and;
