WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Bailey Park Homeowners Association, C.I.C. No. 73 (henceforth the Declaration) dated May 10, 2004 and recorded in the office of the County Recorder in and for Wright County, Minnesota on May 14, 2004 as Document No. 909281, which Lien covers the following described property situated in the County of Wright and State of Minnesota, to-wit:
