The Board of Supervisors for the Town of Buffalo, Wright County, Minnesota, hereby ordains that on the 14th day of August 2017, the Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors adopted the above Ordinance. Due to the lengthy content of the Ordinance, a brief Summary follows:
Section A. Purpose. Identifies the purpose of the Ordinance.
Section B. Definitions.  Clarifies language used in the Ordinance.
Section C. Solar Energy Farms Requirements and Standards.  Regulates solar energy farms.
Section D. Solar Energy Systems Requirements and Standards.  Regulates solar energy systems.
Section E. Conflict with Wright County Zoning Ordinance.  Most restrictive provision shall apply.
The "Ordinance Establishing Solar Energy Farms and Solar Energy Systems" shall take effect and be in full force immediately following its adoption and upon publication.
