WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Townhomes of Stonegate Association, Inc., C.I.C. No. 45 (henceforth the Declaration) dated June 6, 2001 and recorded in the office of the County Recorder in and for Wright County, Minnesota on August 13, 2001 as Document No. A752804 as amended by Document No. 771708, which Lien covers the following described property situated in the County of Wright and State of Minnesota, to-wit:

THIS SUMMONS IS DIRECTED TO DEFENDANTS ABOVE-NAMED.
1. YOU ARE BEING SUED. The Plaintiff has started a lawsuit against you. The Plaintiff's Complaint against you is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court. Do not throw these papers away. They are official papers that affect your rights. You must respond to this lawsuit even though it may not yet be filed with the Court and there may be no court file number on this Summons.
2. YOU MUST REPLY WITHIN 20 DAYS TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS. You must give or mail to the person who signed this summons a written response called an Answer within 20 days of the date on which you received this Summons. 4. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CASE IF YOU DO NOT SEND A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT TO THE PERSON WHO SIGNED THIS SUMMONS. If you do not answer within 20 days, you will lose this case. That part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 118, Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota, that lies:
1) South of Parcel 77 as shown on the recorded plat of Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat No. 86-13.
2) West of Parcel 277 as shown on the recorded plat of Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat No. 86-51.
AND:
3) North of the Westerly extension of the South line of said Parcel 277.
The object of this action is to procure a judgment that the Plaintiff is the owners in fee simple absolute of said real estate, and that the Defendants, and each of them, have no right, title, estate, interest, or lien herein or thereon, or in any part thereof.
