Trick or Treat 2017

Safe, fun and welcome all over town

Moms, dads and children cross a downtown Buffalo street during the Trick or Treat event.  A steady stream of trick-or-treating families of young children crossed the streets from 2-4 p.m. last Saturday.

 

Wearing a dragon costume, five-year-old Carter Rutledge of Montrose has a good time at the Trick or Treat event.
